Help me...i cant predict this guy?

well im a scorpion and my crush is a cancerian....he is having mood swings.He sometime talks to me nicely and at times he behaves like i dont exist on this earth, but he is basically a very nice guy and jovial but only these mood swings of him confuses me whether he has a crush on me or not??
