My fiancee(23years) has sudden mood swings which make her snappy.. what could be the cause?

probably hormonal. if she's on BC try a different type of BC pills. maybe see the doctor about the mood swings. it could also be fluctuations in blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia). could also be mild bipolar
