I was hit in the temple lightly by a jacket hanger on a door?

Today I went into a public bathroom and into a stall. I was taking off my backpack when the stall door slowly swung back and hit me near my right temple (a bit closer to my eye) and it only hurt for a few seconds, so I didn't pay much attention to it. Later on I was at walmart and I lightly pushed on my cheek, and there was this little tiny dot (lump) type thing on kind of on the right side of my nose about 2 centimeters above my lip, and when I pushed on it, my top right-front went numb; as well as a jolt of light pain going up my right canine tooth. I was wondering if the light blow near the temple, and the jolt of pain and numbness on my cheek and teeth were related? Please help, I don't want to go into a coma when I go to sleep, lol.
