This girl from work is giving me hell, what do I do?

In this situation, you've just got to be the bigger person. The whole 'Kayla says hi' thing was obviously her way of aggravating you and she's just looking for a reaction. If you try and ignore it and keep your head up, avoid her as much as possible at work and be neutral towards her in the situations that you DO have to be with her in, this should diffuse the situation. If she is looking for you to feel that she is making your life hell she will succeed only if you let her... you've got to pretend that she doesn't bother you, even when you feel like hitting her! I wish there was a better solution! in more anger management type help: viewing her as something completely ridiculous in your mind, finding flaws in her appearance and staring at them until she gets paranoid and merely smiling as you see her get more and more wound up also helped me!
