What does "that's what she said" mean?

It doesn't really mean anything it's just a way for people to try to be funny. For example if someone was originally talking about pizza and said it was big it couldn't in my mouth and immeadiately afterwards someone said thats what she said they are making it sound like 'she' was talking about oral sex with a large penis
